Concerning the final execution of this quite extraordinary house, Atelier Van Lieshout applies an open and flexible approach. The buyer of this 900 m2 parcel at the Parkzichtlaan in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn will be able to address personal demands and wishes in the design in consultation with Atelier Van Lieshout. The current design features a floor surface of circa 275 m2, across three living levels. This surface area could be reduced to for example half this amount.
